النوم عن الصلاة حتى خروج وقتها

السؤال: 
من نام عن الصلوات ثم يُصليها بعد خروجِ وقتها، هل تُقبل إذا صلى؟
الجواب: الراجح أنها لا تُقبل إنما الذي ينسى الصلاة أو ينام عنها فإنهُ يُصليها إذا استيقظ أو ذكرها لأنهُ معذور، أما الذي يتعمد ترك الصلاة حتى يخرج وقتها فإنها لا تُقبل منهُ فعليهِ التوبة إلى الله والمحافظة على الصلاة.
