البِتْع

عَنْ سَعِيدِ
بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيِّ رَضِيَ
اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَهُ إِلَى
اليَمَنِ، فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ أَشْرِبَةٍ تُصْنَعُ بِهَا، فَقَالَ: «وَمَا هِيَ؟»
قَالَ: البِتْعُ وَالمِزْرُ، فَقُلْتُ لِأَبِي بُرْدَةَ: مَا البِتْعُ؟ قَالَ:
نَبِيذُ العَسَلِ، وَالمِزْرُ نَبِيذُ الشَّعِيرِ، فَقَالَ: «كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ
حَرَامٌ» رواه البخاري(4343).

يوضع بين ماء ثم يُترك حتى يخمر.

 وهو من أشربة اليمن.

           الرجل الذي كان يكتب للنبي صَلَّى اللَّهُ
عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثم ارتد

عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: كَانَ رَجُلٌ نَصْرَانِيًّا
فَأَسْلَمَ وَقَرَأَ البَقَرَةَ وَآلَ عِمْرَانَ، فَكَانَ يَكْتُبُ لِلنَّبِيِّ
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَعَادَ نَصْرَانِيًّا فَكَانَ
يَقُولُ: مَا يَدْرِي مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَّا مَا كَتَبْتُ لَهُ! فَأَمَاتَهُ اللهُ
فَدَفَنُوهُ، فَأَصْبَحَ وَقَدْ لَفَظَتْهُ الأَرْضُ! فَقَالُوا: هَذَا فِعْلُ
مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَصْحَابِهِ لَمَّا هَرَبَ مِنْهُمْ نَبَشُوا عَنْ صَاحِبِنَا فَأَلْقَوْهُ!
فَحَفَرُوا لَهُ فَأَعْمَقُوا، فَأَصْبَحَ وَقَدْ لَفَظَتْهُ الأَرْضُ! فَقَالُوا:
هَذَا فِعْلُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَصْحَابِهِ نَبَشُوا عَنْ صَاحِبِنَا لَمَّا هَرَبَ
مِنْهُمْ فَأَلْقَوْهُ! فَحَفَرُوا لَهُ وَأَعْمَقُوا لَهُ فِي الأَرْضِ مَا
اسْتَطَاعُوا، فَأَصْبَحَ وَقَدْ لَفَظَتْهُ الأَرْض، فَعَلِمُوا أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ
مِنَ النَّاسِ، فَأَلْقَوْهُ!
رواه البخاري(3617)، ومسلم (2781).

ألقوه بعد ذلك؛ لأنهم علموا أنه أمرٌ إلهي.
