السؤال: 
ما الفرق بين بيع التورق وبيع العِينة؟
الجواب: بيع التورق جائز عند جمهور أهل العلم، وأما بيع العِينة فهو محرم بالإجماع. وبيع العِينة هي أن بيع سلعة بثمنٍ مؤجل ثم يشتريها من المدين بثمن أقل من الثمن المؤجل هذا بيع العِينة وهو ربا .

وأما التورق فهو أن يحتاج الإنسان إلى مال وليس هناك من يُقرظه فيشتري سلعة بثمن مؤجل ثم يبيعها بثمن حال؛ ليستنفق ثمنها في حاجته، ولكن لا يبيعها على الدائن على من  درجت منه السلعة هذا حرام وهذ هو بيع العِينه؛ لأنها رجع عينُ ماله إليه.
