طريقة اﻹنكار الشرعية على الحكام والأمراء

بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام علی رسول الله وعلی آله وصحبه أجمعين:

أما بعد فهذا توضيح مهم من العلامة عبد الرحمن بن ناصر السعدي -رحمه الله- في طريقة اﻹنكار الشرعية على الحكام والأمراء والوزراء والمسؤولين.

وهي مستفادة من نصوص الكتاب والسنة ومنهج السلف الصالح

قال العلامة السعدي رحمه الله في كتابه "الرياض الناضرة والحدائق النيرة الزاهرة في العقائد والفنون المتنوعة الفاخرة" ص 42-41

:"وأما النصيحة لأئمة المسلمين، وهم ولاتهم من السلطان الأعظم إلى الأمير إلى القاضي إلى جميع من لهم ولاية كبيرة أو صغيرة.

فهؤلاء لما كانت مهماتهم وواجباتهم أعظم من غيرهم، وجب لهم من النصيحة بحسب مراتبهم ومقاماتهم، وذلك باعتقاد إمامتهم والاعتراف بولايتهم،ووجوب طاعتهم بالمعروف، وعدم الخروج عليهم، وحث الرعية على طاعتهم ولزوم أمرهم الذي لا يخالف أمر الله ورسوله، وبذل ما يستطيع الإنسان من نصيحتهم، وتوضيح ما خفي عليهم مما يحتاجون إليه في رعايتهم، كل أحد بحسب حاله، والدعاء لهم بالصلاح والتوفيق، فإن صلاحهم صلاح لرعيتهم

واجتناب سبهم والقدح فيهم وإشاعة مثالبهم، فإن في ذلك شرا وضررا وفسادا كبيرا.

فمن نصيحتهم الحذر والتحذير من ذلك

وعلى من رأى منهم ما لا يحل أن ينبههم سرا لا علنا بلطف وعبارة تليق بالمقام ويحصل بها المقصود

فإن هذا هو مطلوب في حق كل أحد وبالأخص ولاة الأمور

فإن تنبيههم على هذا الوجه فيه خير كثير، وذلك علامة الصدق والإخلاص

واحذر أيها الناصح لهم على هذا الوجه المحمود

أن تفسد نصيحتك بالتمدح عند الناس فتقول لهم : إني نصحتهم وقلت، فإن هذا عنوان الرياء، وعلامة ضعف الإخلاص، وفيه أضرار
