سؤال: ما حكم تقبيل المصحف بعد الانتهاء من القراءة؟ الجواب: اختلف العلماء في حكم تقبيل المصحف فمنهم من استحبه ومنهم من أباحه ومنهم من توقف في ذلك، وجزم جمع من أهل العلم بعدم مشروعية تقبيله وعليه جمع من فقهاء المالكية وهو ظاهر كلام الإمام أحمد وشيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية وعليه فتوى اللجنة الدائمة والشيخ ا لعثيمين والشيخ الألباني رحمهم الله وبعض هؤلاء العلماء جزم ببدعية ذلك. والقول بعدم مشروعية تقبيل المصحف هو الأرجح؛ لأن ما طريقه القُرَب لا يشرع منه إلا ما دل عليه الدليل، ولو كان هذا التقبيل مشروعا ومرغبا فيه لفعله رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وخلفاؤه من بعده. وما روي عن بعض الصحابة من التقبيل للمصحف في صحته نظر. وفي صحيح البخاري ومسلم أن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه قبَّل الحجر الأسود وقال: «إني أعلم أنك حجر لا تضر ولا تنفع، ولولا أني رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقبلك ما قبلتك». وكذلك معاوية لما طاف بالبيت استلم الأركان كلها فأنكر عليه ابن عباس فقال معاوية رضي الله عنه: ليس في البيت شيء مهجور. فقال ابن عباس: إنما هي السنة. فدل هذا على أن تقبيل العبادة والتعظيم لا يكون إلا بتوقيف. وتعظيم المصحف: قراءته والعمل بما فيه، وهو أنزل لتلاوته وتدبره وتعظيمه والعمل به لا لتقبيله والقيام إليه كما يفعله بعض الناس. ولزيادة الفائدة انظر كتاب (المتحف في أحكام المصحف) ص(438-). أجاب عن السؤال                                   وراجعه الشيخ العلامة الشيخ/ بكري بن محمد اليافعي                  محمد بن عبد الله الإمام 29 جماد الآخرة 1437
