فضلكم الله:
يوجد في البلاد رجل من أهل السنة يشرف على مجموعة في الواتساب، ويشارك في هذه المجموعة نساء، ويستدل لجواز ذلك بأن النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ كان يخاطب النساء ويعظهن.
فهل ما قام به هذا الأخ من مشاركة النساء في الواتساب جائز؟
وهل ما استدل به صحيح؟

الجواب:
                                           بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله رب العالمين، وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله، أما بعد:   
فالواتساب يعتبر من الوسائل المنفتحة ويحتاج مستعمله إلى مراقبة الله والانضباط في استعماله على حسب ضوابط الشرع، فلا يستزله الشيطان باستعماله في المحرمات.
وما ذكره السائل من مشاركة النساء للرجال في بعض المجموعات أو العكس فيه من المحاذير والمفاسد ما يقضي بمنع ذلك؛ من ذلك أن المحادثات عبر الواتساب، قد يكون فيها ما يقوم مقام المحادثة بالصوت بل ربما أعظم من ذلك حيث يجسر على كتابة ما يريد أعظم من أن يتلفظ به، وكذلك قد يصاب قلب القارئ ببعض مقالات بعض الكاتبات فيراسلها على الخاص، ويحصل من ذلك ما لا يحمد عقباه.
وربنا قد حرم طرق المنكرات وسبلها لما توصل إليه فقد قال سبحانه: (وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا الزِّنَىٰ ) ولم يقل ( ولا تزنوا) فقرب الزنا هنا قرب وسائله وقد جمع النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ في حديثه عددًا من الوسائل المحظورة، وروى البخاري ومسلم في صحيحه عن أبي هريرة ـ رضي الله عنه ـ قال: قال النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ : (إِنَّ اللهَ كَتَبَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ حَظَّهُ مِنَ الزِّنَا، أَدْرَكَ ذَلِكَ لَا مَحَالَةَ، فَزِنَا الْعَيْنَيْنِ النَّظَرُ، وَزِنَا اللِّسَانِ النُّطْقُ، وَالنَّفْسُ تَمَنَّى وَتَشْتَهِي، وَالْفَرْجُ يُصَدِّقُ ذَلِكَ أَوْ يُكَذِّبُهُ).
   وحرم الاختلاط وأوجب على المرأة ستر وجهها ونهى عن الخلوة ونهى عن الخضوع في القول، وغير ذلك من الأمور؛ حفظًا للعرض، وبعدًا من مواقعة المحاذير.
فقد جاء عن أبي سعيد الخدري ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أن النبي ـ صلى الله وسلم ـ قال : (مَا رَأَيْتُ مِنْ نَاقِصَاتِ عَقْلٍ وَدِينٍ أَذْهَبَ لِلُبِّ الرَّجُلِ الحَازِمِ مِنْ إِحْدَاكُنَّ)، أخرجه البخاري وغيره.
وقال ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ : (اتَّقُوا الدُّنْيَا وَاتَّقُوا النِّسَاءَ، فَإِنَّ أَوَّلَ فِتْنَةِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَانَتْ فِي النِّسَاءِ).
فالذي ننصح به أن يكون للرجال مجموعات خاصة بهم وللنساء مجموعات خاصة بهن، ويستثنى من ذلك أنه يجوز للمرأة في الوتساب وغيره : أن تبعث  بسؤالها إلى العالم أو المفتي وهذا العالم أو المفتي ينظر في السؤال ويرد الجواب بقدر الحاجة، وهكذا في السؤال للطبيب أو الطبيبة عن علاج مرض ونحو ذلك، بقدر الحاجة ، وما زاد عن ذلك فيكون حكمه بحسبه.
