 السؤال : من المعلوم أننا في اليمن قد صُمنا قبل المملكة بيوم، وأريد الذهاب للعمرة، فإذا أتمَّت المملكة شهر رمضان ثلاثين يوماً، فهل أصوم معهم وأكون بذلك قد صُمْتُ واحداً وثلاثين يوما؟
الجواب :
قال رحمه الله :
أنت في اليمن، بدأت الصيام في اليمن مع بلادك مع دولتك؛ فأنت مطيع لله في هذا، وختمت صيامك في المملكة وأفطرت معهم؛ فأنت أيضاً مطيع لله -عزَّوجل- يعني لا تخالف ولي الأمر، أنت هنا في أول الشهر؛ فأنت هنا مع ولي الأمر لم تخالف، أنت مطيع لله وللرسوله، كما قال الله: « يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ». 

• جاء آخِر رمضان وأنت في دولة أخرى، في مصر، في السعودية… في أي مكان، تُفطر معهم، ولي أمْرِكَ في تلك الحالة هو ولي أمر البلاد التي أنت فيها، فَتُفْطِر معهم، فإن كان الصوم الذي صار لك أنت 29 يوم أو 30 يوم فالحمد لله صومك كامل، وإن كان طَلِع صومك 28 يوم تقضي يوماً بعد العيد، إذا طَلِع 28 أنت تُفطر مع الناس هناك في ذلك البلد، لا تُخالف، ولا تَشُد، تُعَيِّد معهم، ويبقى عليك يوم تصومه بعد العيد في بلادك وإلا في أي مكان، وإن كان طلع 31 يوم فعندك يوم زائد كان خطأ، إمَّا أنه في البداية أو كان في النهاية،
• والآن كما عرفتم لا يعود إلى حساب الفلكيين، وإنما يعود إلى رؤية الهلال أو إكمال العدة، عمل أصحاب الفلك ما يقبله الإسلام، الإسلام لم يُعلِّق الصيام ولا الفطر على حساب الفلكيين، ولا على التقويم، وإنما على الهلال، إذا رؤي الهلال ليلة الثلاثين من شعبان فيوم الثلاثين هو واحد رمضان، وإذا لم يُرَ الهلال فمعناه إكمال العدة ثلاثين يوم شعبان، فما دام أنه هناك من شهد هنا في اليمن وفي الدول الأخرى، قالوا حوالي 13 دولة أعلنت الصيام السبت، فإذاً المُعْتَبَر هو الهلال وأنت محكوم بالبلد الذي أنت فيه، قالوا 76 دولة صاموا الأحد، وكم الذين صاموا الإثنين؟ يقول: حوالي 6 دول صاموا الإثنين،
• أنت محكوم بحكم البلد الذي أنت فيه «يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ»، فأنت مطيع لله، أعلنوا عندنا الصوم السبت فصم فأنت مطيع لله وللرسول -صلى الله عليه وسلم- ولولي الأمر، وإذا أفطرت في السعودية كما قلنا معهم، فأنت أيضاً مطيع لله وللرسول ولولي الأمر الذي أنت مُقيم في بلده.
