سؤال: نقل الشيخ الألباني رحمه الله في صفة الصلاة في خاتمته عن إبراهيم النخعي بأن المرأة تفعل في صلاتها، كما يفعل الرجل، ثم غزاه، إلى مصنف ابن أبي شيبة لكن الموجود في المصنف خلاف في هذا فما توجهكم؟
الجواب:
الأثر أخرجه ابن أبي شيبة في المصنف (2804) باب في المرأة كيف تجلس في الصلاة: قال: حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : (تَقْعُدُ الْمَرْأَةُ فِي الصَّلاَةِ كَمَا يَقْعُدُ الرَّجُلُ). سنده صحيح، ولعلى الشيخ الألباني رحمه الله نقله بالمعنى من حفظه والله أعلم. وقال ابن أبي شيبة: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ ثَوْرٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ : (أَنَّ أُمَّ الدَّرْدَاءِ كَانَتْ تَجْلِسُ فِي الصَّلاَةِ كَجِلْسَةِ الرَّجُلِ) سنده صحيح. ومكحول سمع من أم الدرداء.
حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، قَالَ : (سَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا عَنْ قُعُودِ الْمَرْأَةِ فِي الصَّلاَةِ ؟ قَالَ : تَقْعُدُ كَيْفَ شَاءَتْ) سنده صحيح.
وطائفة كثر من أهل العلم على هذا، أن المرأة مثل الرجل في صلاتها وهيئتها وليس هناك دليل يخصها بهيئة معينة، وذهب بعض الفقهاء إلى أنها تختص ببعض الهيئات مما يكون فيه مزيد من سترها، واجتماعها، ولكن ليس على ذلك دليل، والصحيح أنها كالرجل في أفعال الصلاة كما سبق.             أصلح الله أحوالكم والهمكم رشدكم وبالله التوفيق
